Promotion is through the WA Seniors Card Website and through the Volunteer Speakers Program coordinated by the department. Claim forms are available at all Australia Post outlets. A promotion campaign was launched in January 2011 and included letters to Parliamentarians, local government authorities and various seniors centres. Advertisements were placed in community newspapers, 'Have A Go News' and 'The Senior' newspaper. Residual Current Devices are promoted through the Energy Safety Unit, Department of
