I refer the Premier to his decision on the appeals against the Environmental Protection Authority’s report on the environmental assessment of the Coral Coast Marina Development Pty Ltd proposal and ask - (1) Before establishing an appeals committee, did the Premier request a report from the chief executive officer on the appeals, and, if not, why not? (2) If such a request was made to the chief executive officer, will the Premier table that request and the CEO’s report to the Premier, and, if not, why not? (3) Before establishing an appeals committee, did the Premier request a report from the Environmental Protection Authority on the appeals, and, if not, why not? (4) If such a request was made to the Environmental Protection Authority, will the Premier table his request and the Environmental Protection Authority’s report to the Premier, and, if not, why not? Hon KIM CHANCE
