I refer to the 50 apartments
purchased at the Pelago East complex in Karratha. As at today's date —
(1) How many of the 10 apartments to
be sold at market rate have been sold?
(2) How many of the 19 apartments to
be sold through Shared Start arrangements have been sold?
(3) For each apartment in (1) and
(2) —
(a) what is the apartment number; and
(b) what was the sale price?
(4) How many of
the remaining apartments to be rented under the Government Regional Officers'
Housing program are being rented?
