minister representing the Treasurer:
I refer to the transfer of responsibility for State Fleet
from the Minister for Finance to the Treasurer on 17 November.
(1) How was
the transfer of responsibility formally enacted?
(2) How was
the Department of Finance advised of the change?
(3) Was the
entire oversight for State Fleet transferred to the Treasurer; and, if not —
(a) � what particular functions and services
associated with State Fleet were transferred to the Treasurer; and
(b) what
functions and services remain with the Minister for Finance?
(4) Has the
change in oversight forState Fleet been reflected in changes to the Treasurer's
communications agreement with the Department of Finance, and will he table it?
(5) Why was
the transfer never publicly announced?

answer I have reads ''Please refer this question to the minister
responsible, the Minister for Finance.'' As a result, I do not have any
information to provide for the member. Normally, if I had time beforehand, I
would have alerted the member to that. However, I did not get to see the
question.

members indicating they want to ask questions, but I also understand that there
is a certain priority.
