(1) With reference to the adoption and implementation of the "Policy Framework for Substantive Equality" and the five sequenced levels of achievement, can the Minister please advise for each department, agency or government-trading enterprise within the Minister's portfolio of responsibilities: (a) the current completed level of achievement; (b) the current self-assessed level of achievement; and (c) the baseline self-assessed level of achievement for all previous years? (2) With reference to the department's "Disclosure and Legal Compliance" of the Annual Report, can the Minister please table the needs and impact assessments for all new policy and major initiatives for the following years for each department, agency or government-trading enterprise within the Minister's portfolio of responsibilities: (a) 2012-13; (b) 2013-14; and (c) 2014-15? (3) With the reference to the department's "Disclosure and Legal Compliance" of the Annual Report, can the Minister, in implementing the "Policy Framework for Substantive Equality", can the Minister please list those areas currently identified as being of "high relevance with a particular focus on services which have a substantial effect on discrimination or equality of opportunity" within each department, agency or government-trading enterprise within the Minister's portfolio of responsibilities? (4) With reference to the adoption and implementation of the "Policy Framework for Substantive Equality" and the "Disclosure and Legal Compliance" section of the Annual Report, can the Minister please list those tenders for community services scrutinised to ensure they address the issue of substantive equality for the following years for each department, agency or government-trading enterprise within the Minister's portfolio of responsibilities: (a) 2012-13; (b) 2013-14; and (c) 2014-15? (5) With reference to the department's "Disclosure and Legal Compliance" of the Annual Report, can the Minister please advise how many full time equivalents within the department were directly working at the operational level on substantive equality, listed by their position title, for each of the following years for each department, agency or government-trading enterprise within the Minister's portfolio of responsibilities: (a) 2012-13; (b) 2013-14; and (c) 2014-15?
