I refer to the 2014 evaluation of the suicide prevention community action plans undertaken by Edith Cowan University, and I ask: (a) will the Minister table a copy of the evaluation and, if not, why not; (b) have all recommendations contained within the report been accepted by the Mental Health Commission; (c) if no to (b), which recommendations have not been adopted and why; and (d) has the Minister formally responded to the recommendations of the evaluation and, if so, can a copy of the response be tabled and, if not, why not?

(a) Please refer to Legislative Council Question On Notice 3089.
(b) The Mental Health Commission accepts all the recommendations made in the Edith Cowan University evaluation report except those that were no longer relevant due to the change in governance and program implementation as part of the new suicide prevention strategy, Suicide Prevention 2020: Together we can save lives (Suicide Prevention 2020).
(c) Not applicable.
(d) The recommendations made in the Edith Cowan University evaluation report have been addressed as part of the formulation of Suicide Prevention 2020.
