(1) Who currently owns these
buildings?
(2) Are there plans to sell or lease
these buildings?
(3) If yes to
(2), will the minister please list the entities they are being leased or sold
to and what sale or tendering processes were followed?
(4) What is the current value of
these state assets as per the last valuation?

some notice of the question. The following answer has been provided by the Minister
for Lands.
(1) The buildings
are owned by DevelopmentWA with the exception of lot 741 Yelverton Drive, which
is crown land and managed by the Department of Lands.
(2)–(3) Following
a public tender process, blocks 2 and 3 are under conditional contract with
Australian Capital Equity. Discussions are being held with the City of Swan and
other government agencies on the future tenure or management of specific
assets.
(4) There are no current valuation
reports.
