(1) I refer to the answer to my question without notice from 22 August 2017, which stated that the Port Authority had not restricted access to Boodarie Landing and Kariyarra Island, and I ask, has access to Boodarie Landing and Kariyarra Island along the traditional access track, which runs parallel to the Roy Hill facility been restricted in any way by any party?
(2) I refer to photographs, which can be found at www.robinchapple.cm/Boodarie, which clearly shows several new fence lines blocking access to the traditional track and forcing anyone trying to access the site out onto the mud flats, and I ask, does the department deny this has occurred?
(3) If yes to (1) and/or no to (2), who has restricted access to Boodarie Landing along this track?
(4) What is the intention behind restricting access to this sacred place?
(5) Is the restriction extended to Traditional Owners?
