GRIFFIN
COAL
300. Hon Dr STEVE THOMAS to the minister representing the
Minister for State Development, Jobs and Trade:
I refer to the answer to question without notice 176 of 14 March
2023, which confirmed that the Minister for State Development, Jobs and Trade
met with Mr Dev Sindhu of Oceania Resources on 7 November 2022, and that
officers of the Department of the Premier and Cabinet met with Mr Sindhu as
recently as 9 February 2023.
(1) What was the scope, structure and agenda for both Oceania
Resources meetings as confirmed?
(2) What
commitments and agreed outcomes between the state of WA and Mr Sindhu were
flagged at both meetings?
(3) Who were the DPC officers who attended the meeting
of 9 February 2023, and in what capacity did they attend?
(4) Where were both meetings
conducted?
(5) What records,
minutes or documentation of both meetings were compiled, and will the minister
table the records in the house; and, if not, why not?
