(1)   Between 1 December 2015 and 29 February 2016, the Department for Child Protection and Family Support implemented 179 Responsible Parenting Agreements.
(2)   Of these 179 Responsible Parenting Agreements, 75 originated from another state government department:
Department of Education – 40
Department of Corrective Services – 18
Western Australia Police – 8
Department of Health – 7
Department of Employment Education and Training – 1
Department of Local Government and Communities – 1
