59. Hon AMBER-JADE SANDERSON to the
Leader of the House representing the Premier:
(1) Is the
Minister for Water's chief of staff, Ms Nicole O'Keefe, still
in that position?
(2) If no to (1) —
(a) what were the
reasons for her departure from the chief of staff position;
(b) is Ms O'Keefe
still employed by the state government; and, if so, in what position;
(c) if no to
(2)(b), what are the details and amount of the severance payment made to Ms O'Keefe?

(1) No.
(2) (a)–(b)
Ms O'Keefe's secondment from the Department of Health to the
Department of the Premier and Cabinet ceased on 5 February 2016. She resigned
from the Department of Health with effect from 5 February 2016.
(c) No severance
payment was made.
