These devices are provided to Water Corporation Field Operators who may use the device to download a work order for the next job they are going to. Water Corporation staff who are issued with these devices, depending on the type of device, do have access to corporate email. Normal security measures are in place for securing these devices, once email is enabled on them, such as a pin code and login credentials. In the normal course of their duties, there would be no requirement to send or receive Cabinet, customer or commercially sensitive information using these devices.
