2. The Western Power transformer supplying Kaleeya Hospital was too small. When large power loads were required, the voltage from the transformer would drop below the cut-in voltage for the Emergency Generator, thus causing it to start up. After the output was proved to Western Power to be too small, they changed the transformer to a larger one. A new switchboard was fitted with switchgear and cabling upgraded to handle the supply. This was inspected after completion by Western Power. 3. Yes.
