(1)-(2) I am advised that the roof of the design and technology and home economics building was replaced at an approximate cost of $124 000 in 1998. There are no relevant documents to table relating to this work. (3) The building condition assessment process has identified that the building is in need of repainting. The work is expected to cost approximately $30 000. The work has not been included in the Albany education district’s 2000-01 maintenance program but will be considered for inclusion in the 2001-02 program.
