I thank the member for the question. (1) No. I will not be tabling the report of complaints management in Parliament for the reason that it is an internal report designed for internal purposes. The report was never designed or scoped as a public document and I do not see any reason for that to change. Quite clearly, there are internal issues, and obviously the department, in seeking best practice, needs to have a full and frank report in order to provide direction. (2) As the member would be aware, there is a sunset clause in the School Education Act. It is up for review. In view of the significant changes that have happened and shall be happening in education in relation to the interface between education and training, a review of that act is clearly necessary. We are currently working on that review, and I hope that the Education Act review will be dealt with perhaps in the second half of this year.
