(1) The
goldfields district of the Department for Child Protection and Family Support
includes the Esperance office. At 31 March 2014, there were 48 relative carers
and 23 general carers approved by the goldfields district to care for children
in that district.
(2) At 31
March 2014, there were 24 children in the care of the chief executive officer
of the department whose cases were managed by the Esperance office.
(3) Between 1 January and 31 March 2014, no children were
taken into care by the Esperance office.
