I refer to the Government’s recent announcement to relocate the Department of Parks and Wildlife headquarters to Koombana Drive, Bunbury, and I ask: (a) as Lots 881 and 882 Koombana Drive form part of the land swap agreement under the Joint Venture Deed College Grove Bunbury, between the State of Western Australia and the City of Bunbury, will the State Government compensate the City of Bunbury for the loss of the land from the Joint Venture; (b) if yes to (a), will compensation be by way of a land swap arrangement; (c) if yes to (b), what land sites will the Government swap for Lots 881 and 882 Koombana Drive, Bunbury; (d) if a land swap is not agreed, what quantum of compensation will be paid to the City of Bunbury; and (e) if no to (a), why not?
