I refer to the
answer provided on 12 November 2025 to my question without notice 1012
regarding students on a risk assessment management plan.
(1) Can the minister confirm that as at
31 October 2025, three students were still attending the same school as the
student they were charged with having harmed?
(2) What is the most up-to-date number
of:
(a) students on a RAMP who are attending
the same school as their victim; and
(b) exclusion orders that have been made
under section 96G(l) of the School Education Act
1999 ?
(3) When was the minister's latest
briefing on the operation of the exclusion process?

Education Act 1999 , with the most recent being 13 February 2026.
