MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT — FOI REQUESTS
171. Hon JACQUI BOYDELL to the minister representing the
Minister for Planning:
I refer to the notice of decision on
an FOI application regarding the Bay Village fly in, fly out camp received by
Hon Mia Davies yesterday.
With regard to the meeting notes
from 15 November 2018 documented in document 2, can the minister provide the
following information.
(1) What was the
location of the meeting?
(2) Who requested
the meeting and when?
(3) Who attended
the meeting, and in what capacity did they attend?
(4) Did anyone
phone in to the meeting; and, if so, who and in what capacity?
(5) Who took
notes at the meeting, and will those notes be tabled?
