(1) Will the Government guarantee the continued independence, funding and expansion of the Sustainable Energy Branch of Western Power if the utility is disaggregated?

The Government has given an undertaking that the staff of all Western Power branches will have a role in one of Western Power’s successor entities. At this stage it has yet to be determined where the Sustainable Energy Branch will be located.
