MEDICAL CANNABIS — POLICE INTERACTIONS
1196. Hon SOPHIA MOERMOND to the minister representing the
Minister for Police:
I refer to the legal use and
possession of medicinal cannabis in Western Australia.
(1) What training
do police receive on medicinal cannabis to guide them for interactions with
patients during police operations?
(2) How are
police operations managed so as not to unfairly interfere with medicinal
cannabis patients' right not to be criminalised?
