Minister for Water:
I refer to the Warren–Donnelly
catchment area and the proposed southern forests irrigation scheme.
(1) Have any water allocations been
refused in the Warren–Donnelly catchment area in the past year?
(2) If yes to (1), how many and for
what reasons?
(3) Is there an update to the 2012 ''Warren–Donnelly
surface water allocation plan'' on the department's website?
(4) If yes to (3), will the minister
please table a copy and request the department to update the website?
(5) If no to (3), when will it be
updated?
(6) Has the department recently conducted updated allocation
modelling for the proposed SFIS?
(7) If yes to (6), will the minister
please table the information?

been set for a new plan to be produced. Allocation limits are being reviewed
for the Donnelly River catchment. Changes to allocation limits will be publicly
announced through advertising in local newspapers. This will be accompanied by
a publicly available evaluation statement that will include information that
supports management decisions on allocation limits. This will be published shortly.
