House representing the Premier:
(1) Has Hon Paul Brown been explicitly asked
or directed to remove the political signage from his government-leased vehicle;
and, if yes, when was he asked or directed?
(2) If no to (1), when will Hon Paul Brown be asked or directed
to remove the political signage?
(3) What time frame
will the member have to remove the political signage from his government-leased
vehicle?

I thank the
honourable member for some notice of the question.
(1) Yes. The
Department of the Premier and Cabinet has previously spoken with Hon Paul
Brown, MLC, about the removal of political signage on his government-leased
vehicle. Mr Brown was emailed on 15 September 2016, directing him to remove the
political signage on his government-leased vehicle if he had not done so
already.
(2) Not applicable.
(3) The time frame will be prior to
the resumption of Parliament on 11 October 2016.
