and ask:

(a) The Department of State Development advises the specific strategic industrial projects referred to in the document include the Gorgon and Pluto LNG projects, Ord Stage 2 Project, Oakajee Port and Industrial Estate, Kimberley LNG Precinct and the Ashburton North Gas project. Other projects may also be considered for inclusion in the future as they progress with their development.
(b) The panel contract is for a period of two years with an option for a further year extension.
(c) A decision regarding either a future extension or re-tendering of the contract will be undertaken towards the end of the initial contract period.
