The latest Building Condition Assessment (BCA) inspections were completed in February 2024, and the reports and subsequent data are still being compiled. The previous BCA inspections were completed in the 2017–18 financial year. It should be noted that this is maintenance expenditure only and does not include asset replacement and significant minor works. Please refer to tabled paper xxxx.
