I refer to the Drive the Dream campaign featuring Adam Gilchrist sandboarding in the Lancelin dunes, and I ask : (a) How much were Mr Adam Gilchrist and Harry Gilchrist paid to feature in this promotion; (b) How does mining impact the future tourism potential of the Lancelin sand dunes; (c) Why has the government chosen to promote a non renewable resource that is a mine site as a tourism destination; (d) Over what projected timeframe can mining and tourism co-exist at the Lancelin dunes at the current t rate of limesand extraction; and (e) What is the projected life of the dunes for tourism purposes whilst mining of limesand continues?
