GOLD CORPORATION — RISK MANAGEMENT
654. Mr R.S. LOVE to the Premier:
I
refer to revelations over recent months surrounding governance failures at Gold
Corporation and the Auditor General's report, Compliance
frameworks for anti–money laundering and counter-terrorism financing
obligations .
(1) During the
time the Premier was the minister responsible, did Gold Corporation have a risk
rating against all customers?
(2) When the
GoldPass product launched, is it true that best practice risk management was not
possible due to the fact there was no single view of a customer making anti–money
laundering and counterterrorism financing obligations difficult?
