(1) Is the Minister for Housing aware of the 2011–2012 Mental Health Action Plan and the subsequent protocol developed between the Department of Mental Health and the Department of Housing (DoH) in Western Australia? (2) Will the Minister advise how many DoH tenants, at risk of a "first strike", were identified as requiring a rapid response in accordance with 3.4 of the Mental Health Action Plan and the Rapid Response Framework in Western Australia? (3) Will the Minister advise how many tenants with a mental illness were referred to support services for early intervention? (4) Will the Minister please advise how many DoH tenants with a mental illness were issued "three strike" notices since the "Three Strike" policy was introduced? (5) Can the Minister please advise how many applications under Section 75A have been made to the Court where the Department was aware that the tenant had a mental illness? (6) Can the Minister please advise how many of these applications were unsuccessful due to intervention and support strategies arranged by community organisations? (7) Can the Minister please advise whether these clients were later evicted under Section 64 of the Residential Tenancy Act 1987 ?

(1) Yes.
(2) The Department of Housing does not collect this data.
(3) The Department of Housing does not collect this data. However, under the memorandum of understanding with the Mental Health Commission, where the Department is aware of, or suspects, a mental health concern with a public housing tenant or householder, the Department will advise the Commission as soon as practicable to provide an opportunity for the Commission to facilitate referral or direct services to help the tenant avoid eviction or otherwise to safeguard the tenant or householder's health and welfare.
(4) As tenants are not required to advise the Department of Housing if they have a "diagnosed mental health condition," the Department cannot report on this.
(5)-(6) The Department of Housing does not collect this data.
