I refer to the Asset investment Program in Budget Paper No. 2, Volume 2, and I ask —
(1) Will the Minister please explain where the ''$2.5 million reallocated from 2011-12'' (page 576, bullet point 1) has been taken from and where this appears in the 2012–13 budget?
(2) Will the Minister please confirm that the costs of consultation, planning, design and services necessary for the new Museum will not be subject to efficiency cuts?

(1) In the 2011 State Budget $5m was allocated for the planning stage of the new museum project. This funding was sufficient to meet the cost of planning for both 2011-12 and 2012-13 and the cash-flow was adjusted to reflect this. The $2.5m appears at the top of page 577 under the title
Works in Progress
.
(2) The budget allocation for the planning stage of the new museum project is not subject to efficiency cuts.
