the Premier first become aware that the federal government was considering
providing funds for the Roe Highway extension?
(2) When did
the Premier first become aware that the federal funding would be conditional on
the WA government charging heavy vehicles a toll to use the road?
(3) Was it the
federal government or the state government that first proposed the idea of a
charge on heavy vehicles using the road?
(4) What actions
has the Premier taken to convince the Prime Minister that he should fund not
only road projects, but also urban rail projects in WA?

on a number of infrastructure projects that are yet to conclude. The Roe
Highway extension is an important transport project for this state, benefiting
