The Pathways program is open to referrals from across Western Australia, however the metro-based location can make it impractical for regional families to access the service. Pathways is a day therapy program runs 3 days per week over a school term admission where patients attend face to face during clinic days at the Shenton Park location and return home in the evenings. CAMHS is actively considering how to ensure the expert support of Pathways is able to better support young people from regional Western Australia.
