Patronage forecasts for the Yanchep Rail Extension and Thornlie-Cockburn Link are still under review as part of finalising the Stage 4 business cases. Current indicative numbers are as follows:
Yanchep: 2021 – 8,800; 2031 – 13,500
Thornlie-Cockburn: 2021 – 3,200; 2031 – 4,300
Forrestfield-Airport Link: 2021 – 20,000; 2031 – 29,000
Patronage forecasts for Morley-Ellenbrook and Byford rail extensions will be undertaken as part of the project business cases and project definition plans.
