(1) How many staff, at what level, and at which divisions or branches have people left the organisation over the past 12 months? (2) How does this compare with other years? (3) Does FESA track these departures; and, if so, will the minister provide data for the past 12 months of the staff who have retired compared with those who have moved to other organisations? (4) What efforts has FESA taken to determine the cause of these departures? (5) How does FESA plan to ensure that staff departures will not impact adversely on the effectiveness of operations across rural and metropolitan regions?
