The Premier has verbally advised Ministers that they were not to have any contact with Brian Burke.
Ministers are expected to follow the Ministerial Code of Conduct and all Staff in the Ministerial Office are expected to follow the Department and Premier and Cabinet and Public Sector Commission Guidelines on ethical and accountable decision making.
