I refer to the ''Draft Public
Transport Plan for Perth 2031'' released in July 2011.
(1) Does the
minister still expect to receive a final plan from the Department of Transport
for consideration by government in mid-2014?
(2) If yes,
when does the minister expect the final plan will be made public?
(3) If no to
(1), why not?
