I refer the minister to a joint media statement from the Premier and the Minister for Justice on Tuesday, 5 April 2005, which in part states - The Government has already . . . moved quickly to install secure perimeter fencing at our two minimum security facilities. (1) Have the tender documents for the fencing been drawn up? (2) If so, will the minister table the tender documents; and, if not, when will the documents be available? (3) How many metres of fencing, for both length and height, will be required for each prison? (4) When will the fences be erected? Hon KIM CHANCE
