Department of the Premier and Cabinet advises:
(a-d) In November 2006, the Expenditure Review Committee made a decision to transfer the Office of Shared Services from the Department of the Premier and Cabinet to the Department of Treasury and Finance as a separate business area. The transfer of the employing authority became effective from 1 January 2007.
Accordingly, please refer to response to question on notice LA2443 for details relating to contracts entered into for the Office of Shared Services.
The Department of the Premier and Cabinet also entered into the following arrangements for the provision of services associated in whole or in part, with transitioning corporate services functions into the Office of Shared Services:
