I refer to question without notice No. 529 asked of the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs in the Legislative Assembly on Tuesday, 16 June 2009, and ask: (a) will the Minister table the December 2008 briefing note from the Department of Aboriginal Affairs (DAA) referred to by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs in his answer; (b) if no to (a), why not; and (c) who in the DAA was the briefing note from?
