the Minister for Ports:
I refer to sustained and costly
port inefficiency.
(1) Will the
Fremantle Port Authority complete its business case for a new bulk jetty in
Kwinana before the completion of the Westport business case?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) Will the
government make its investment decision to upgrade facilities in Kwinana before
it commits to additional expenditure on the Westport project?
(4) If no to (3), why not?
