I refer to the responsibilities of the Minister and the Office for the Prevention of Family and Domestic Violence, and I ask: (a) how does the Minister and the office receive information, concerns or requests about police responses to family and domestic violence incidents; (b) please provide the number of reports, briefings or correspondence provided to the Minister on this matter since 22 May 2021, and separately for the period from 19 March 2025; (c) on what basis are the above, in (b), prepared; (d) in reference to (b), were any prepared by or in consultation with Western Australian Police; (e) for the same period in (b), how many concerns regarding police responses to family domestic violence incidents have been brought forward to the Minister, or the office and for each: (i) how were they identified; (ii) what action was taken in response; and (iii) what was the recorded outcome; and (f) for the same period in (b), can the Minister table any reports, briefings, correspondence, or evaluations that the Minister, her office, or her department received specifically addressing police responses to family and domestic violence incidents?
