1573. Hon Dr STEVE THOMAS to the Minister for Commerce:

refer to the 27 buildings identified in the statewide building cladding audit
up to June 2023 that require remedial action.
(1) As at September 2024, why has
remedial action only occurred at eight of the identified buildings?
(2) What was the cost associated
with the remediation of these eight buildings?
(3) What are the
timeframes for commencement and completion of remediation work on the remaining
19 buildings?
(4) What budgetary allocation has been apportioned to the
remediation of those 19 buildings?

the 27 buildings referred to are managed by the relevant departments identified
in the audit, questions regarding the progress of remedial action should be
