VERVE ENERGY — COAL SUPPLY CONTRACTS
(1) How many coal supply contracts is Verve Energy currently a party to? (2) In respect of each contract referred to in (1) — (a) what is the term of the contract; and (b) what is the annual quantity of coal purchased under the contract? (3) For the purpose of assessing how much coal is required for its operations, what projections are used by Verve Energy concerning anticipated use of coal in coal-fired power stations? This figure varies annually. (3) These are Verve Energy’s share of system load, forecast plant availability, plant efficiency and cost of fuel.
