I refer to clinical guidelines for responding to sexual assault in Western Australian (WA) hospitals, and I ask: (a) does WA Health have a statewide sexual assault care protocol that applies across all public hospitals, including those without dedicated Sexual Assault Resource Centre services; (b) if yes to (a), will the Minister table a copy of that protocol; and (c) if no to (a), what clinical guidelines apply?
