There are a number of ways that customers are able to contact the Public Transport Authority including by post, through the Transperth InfoLine, at community consultation sessions or by telephone. While the first two options give rise to a formal ‘record’ the last two do not.
For the period 2005 – 2014, there have been 494 ‘recorded’ contacts involving Route 15 bus services. While there has not been sufficient time to review the nature of these contacts, it should be noted that customers often canvass a number of issues at the one time.
It should be also noted that during the same period there have been numerous telephone calls and discussions arising from various community consultation sessions.
