I refer to the William Bay redevelopment Project (Denmark), and ask: (a) What provision has been made by the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions in their project planning which takes into consideration compliance with the Western Australian Planning Commission's (WAPC) State Planning Policy 3.7; (b) Given the redevelopment has the capacity to increase visitation to Greens Pool during the summer months when fire danger is an issue, how does the Minister intend to ensure visitor safety; and (c) Can the Minister advise whether consideration is or has been given to an alternative entry/exit to the Greens Pool/Williams Bay Area as a strategy for mitigating the risk to visitors from bushfire.?
