I thank the member for some notice of this question.
(1) (a) On 31 December 2005;
(b) no due date set;
(c) 31 December 2005; and
(d) to be reviewed by 31 December
2008.
(2)–(4)
The midterm and end-of-term audit of performance of the ''Forest
Management Plan 2004–2013'' reported on the primary reasons
there was a shortfall in meeting time frames to develop or review certain
guidance material. As a result, the Conservation Commission of Western
Australia identified three key guidance documents which it considered a
priority to finalise. These were ''Guidelines for the Protection of the
Values of Informal Reserves and Fauna Habitat Zones'', ''Guidelines
for the Selection of Fauna Habitat Zones'' and ''Soil and Water
Conservation Guideline''. These guidelines were completed in 2009 and
2010. Two reviews are relevant to the ''Forest Management Plan 2004–2014'',
being the ''mid-term audit of performance report'' of 2008 and
the ''end-of-term audit of performance report'' of 2012 published
by the Conservation Commission.
