(2) If yes, will the Minister advise the number of school and day charters that were undertaken at this rate for the financial year ending 30 June 2005?
(3) Will the Minister provide a breakdown of the costs and the profit attributable to a school or day charter undertaken at this rate?

(2) N/A (3) Where the Board is able to include this work as part of a driver's normal shift, the $45 charge more than covers the incremental cost of the extra time/distance travelled (based on a casual driver rate of $20 per hour, variable operating costs of $1.50 per kilometre and a 20% margin to cover fixed costs and profit). Where the Board is not able to incorporate a charter within its normal shift, the minimum charge is as per the usual charter rates $190 for a 1 - 2 hour charter or part thereof).
