I thank the member for some notice of this question. (1)-(4) The Attorney General was advised on matters relating to the confession of disgraced former policeman Tony Lewandowski by the Solicitor General and the Director of Public Prosecutions. A full and public parliamentary description of the circumstances surrounding the Lewandowski confessions was given by the Attorney General in 2002. If there are any matters that were not placed on the public record at that time, the member should provide details and the Attorney General will endeavour to provide a response.
