(1) Will the Government be providing any further funding in excess of its $110 million to the Convention and Exhibition Centre and Stadium?
(2) In view of the Government clearly stated position in the request for proposal document that they would take no equity in the project and the $110 million loan would convert to a grant, is its change of position in respect to equity a result of a request from the preferred tenderer?
