This month marks the 10-year
anniversary since the Senate Community Affairs References Committee delivered
its report on the commonwealth contribution to former forced adoption policies
and practices.
(1) Is the
minister aware that some of the 20 recommendations are directed towards the
states and territories?
(2) Which of the
recommendations directed to the state are considered by the Department of
Communities to have been completed?
(3) Which of the recommendations
remain to be implemented by the department?
